About the Role
As a customer retention specialist, you will be the point of contact between customers and companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating sales terms and agreements with customers
- Gathering market and customer information to understand customer needs
- Responding to customer queries and resolving objections to drive sales
- Advising product developers on improvements and discussing special promotions
- Creating proposal documents and inspecting inventory in stock
Requirements
- UG/Graduate degree (both freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts with one weekly off
